Registration is now open for our 2020-21 Wisdom Circles
Wisdom Circles are intentional, lay-led, small, open groups who meet regularly for topic-driven, facilitated sharing which brings opportunities for deep and meaningful connections. These groups deepen and expand our ministry, help build community and develop relationships, and encourage participants to explore spirituality. Our study topics are based on the monthly Transformational Themes and generally run from September to June, with a summer break. Wisdom Circles meet at different times and locations, with some at Our Hillcrest Campus, others at our South Bay Campus and still others at individuals' homes. Join us!
Schedule
Note on locations: for the time being, all Wisdom Circles are meeting virtually, and not at the location listed on the above chart. When we can meet again in-person, meetings will resume at listed locations, or continue to meet virtually over Zoom.

Wisdom Circle Testimonials
“I have been part of a Wisdom Circle, with its many different names, for at least 15 years - pretty much when they were started ... Meeting once a month, is something I treasure, and the folk who are part of my Wisdom Circle are becoming good friends. This I like, and I feel the others do, too. We have a mutual bond, and enjoy recognizing each other in our various other meetings. We learn from each other, and have a better understanding of each other's lives ... I find my Wisdom Circle is a necessary part of my being, something to honor, and enjoy, and discuss with other people in other Wisdom Circles!” - Caroline Clark (Read More)
"I think the Wisdom Circles are an excellent way for members of the church to form new friendships, voice their views on important topics in a non-judgmental setting, and welcome newcomers to our church to UU principles.... I highly recommend joining a Wisdom Circle as an excellent way for new members to make friends in a little more intimate way than Social Hour on Sunday morning ... and for more settled members to enjoy an experience of focused conversation and even enlightenment.
