Emerging Voices (PreK through 2nd Grade)
Music is fun, first! With this in mind, Program Assistant Kate Collier leads this program for our youngest community members, focusing on enjoying the experience of singing in an ensemble, playing simple percussion instruments, musical expression, & musical games. In addition to developing a love and appreciation for music, we hope our children experience the other benefits of performing in a music ensemble: building self-confidence, self-discipline, memory skills, enhanced social development, and better emotional expression. No prior music experience is necessary.
Emerging Voices meets on Sundays from 11:15 to 11:45 in Room 105 (in the preschool wing).
