Meditation is a UU cornerstone
Meditation groups and Buddhist Sanghas meet regularly at the Hillcrest campus. Visitors are always welcome and no prior experience or Buddhist commitment is necessary for any of the following gatherings. Meditation has become the cornerstone of the faith of many Unitarian-Universalists, whether their belief is agnostic, theist, or atheist, and whether their orientation is Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Islamic, or other. Many have found that their own personal meditation experience has been enhanced by the presence and support of others in group mediation.
