Interfacing with our larger UU family

The denominational relations team supports activities that connect First Church to our larger UU family. It also serves as a link with the cluster, district and continental UU organizations.

Upcoming Assembly

General Assembly (GA)
June 14–26, 2026 - ZOOM only
GA is the annual meeting of our UUA. Participants worship, witness, learn, connect, and make policy for the Association through democratic processes. Anyone may attend but only delegates can vote. First UU gets nine delegates. This year First UU is offering to pay our delegates’ full registration fees.

If you have been a member of First UU for at least one year, you are eligible and encouraged to represent First Church as a delegate at our faith’s annual national gatherings in-person or by ZOOM.
