Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner Friday, November 7th 6:30-8:00 pm Room 320 at First UU and online Crying in H Mart is a 2021 memoir by Michelle Zauner, the musician behind the band Japanese Breakfast. The book is a poignant exploration of her relationship with her Korean mother, grief after her mother's death from cancer, and her journey to reclaim her Korean identity through food, language, and family.
