Women’s March on Washington - January 21st, 2017

Intern Minister Alix Klingenberg will be flying to the East coast to march for women, people of color, LGBTQ folk, Muslims, people with disabilities, and every person of conscience in this country.  To join her, contact Alix.  For those for whom this trip is not an option, know there are so many ways we can and will fight for our rights and freedoms.  Speak up by calling your representatives, by writing poetry and making art, by sitting next to someone at risk on the bus or being more kind to a stranger.  We have many groups at First UU who are doing incredible work here in San Diego. Join us as we answer the call of love.

Thank you, Alix, for marching in the Women's March on DC! I would like to spread the word that there is a San Diego Women's March here in town in solidarity with the Women's March on Washington. Please visit sdwomensmarch.com for more info, and follow us on Facebook. I would also appreciate First Unitarian printing something about the San Diego Women's March in any newsletters or event calendars. I can send a press release; email sdwomensmarchpr@gmail.com
