What’s happening in our classes on Sunday March 30
At our Hillcrest Campus:
We have Nursery Care is for children from birth up to age two in room 107 at our 9:30 service.
At 11:30 we provide Childcare for children birth through age three in room 105.
Our 2s & 3s class will meet in room 105 at 9:30. This Week our children will explore their lesson “My World Has Water.” Our children explore the interconnectedness of nature and experience sensory activities with water.
At 9:30 and 11:30 our Picture Book UU class for four-year olds through our first graders will meet together in room 103 This Week’s session focuses on the From Lava to Life. In exploring this story, the children learn about the beginnings of life on this planet and how they are connected to the very first life on earth.
At 9:30 This week in Values in Game Playing the students will explore the children’s games Pick-Up-Sticks and Jenga. What values will they discover?
At both 9:30 and 11:30 Our Students in the 7 Principles Banner Class will continue their discussion of our Principles by creating images for the Fourth of their Principle banner squares for our Fourth Principle – The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large.
At Our South Bay Campus:
Families who attend the service at 9:30 at our South Bay Campus have the opportunity to worship together in a mutigenerational setting. Rev. Kathleen will preach a sermon called “Making Space.” There will be a special story for all ages called ‘Everyone Knows What a Dragon Looks Like.’ Come and see if your vision is open to the unexpected.
