  • Chi Gung at South Bay with Lolly Brown

    Incense Chi Gung is easy to learn and can be practiced by people of any age or physical condition, in standing, sitting, or prone positions. The exercise uses breath, movement, postures, and meditation techniques. Please wear loose clothes.
