| Buddhist Meditation and Sangha Meditation/Sangha Meetings Mondays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Both Sanghas (Buddhist oriented groups) are engaged in reading and discussing the book, Happiness - A Guide to Developing Life’s Most Important Skill by Matthieu Ricard. The Wednesday sessions begin at 10 a.m. with a 45-minute meditation followed by a critique and announcements. The book discussion starts at 11 a.m. The Monday evening sessions start with a 20-minute meditation followed by the book discussion. People arrive based on how long they wish to meditate.
