Gentle Yoga Class Taught by Paula Johnson
Thursdays at 11:30 am in the Common Room beginning September 7. A slow-paced Hatha Yoga class that focuses on relaxing your body and mind. Soothing music and restorative poses with an emphasis on breath with movement make this a great class for beginners and anyone seeking a rejuvenating and restorative yoga experience. Yoga mat and blanket are required.
