  • Annual Congregational Meeting June 9

    Sunday, June 9 at 1 pm in the Meeting House. Plan on attending our annual Congregation Meeting to hear some very important updates, and to vote for incoming board trustees, and our fiscal year 19/20 budget. Absentee ballots will be available starting Sunday, June 2.   Read more.

  • Board Highlights

    During our June 4 meeting, the Board received a status report from Robie Evans, Director of Operations, on the Staff’s Limitations. Per policy governance, these set the limits of the church’s executive team’s actions and authority. We worked on issues concerning our applicant search for the Nominating Committee.   Read more.

    South Bay needs your help to meet the needs of our families. We’re seeking volunteers that can help out with offering religious education classes to our children at South Bay.     Friday, June 14, 7 pm and Saturday, June 15, 12 pm, Bard Hall. Be prepared to perform the Broadway song of your choice that’s typically sung by a different gender. You need to provide any necessary musical accompaniment for your audition (link or live musician).   Read more.

  • Nominating Committee Volunteers Needed Immediately

    The congregation will vote to elect 5 members of the Nominating Committee at our Annual Meeting on June 9th. The Nominating Committee nominates members of the Board of Trustees, members of the Social Justice Executive Committee, and members of the Journey Toward Wholeness Team.
