A Link On Having A Civil Conversation About Politics

Here is the link to the information that the interfaith group Faithful Democracy put out on having civil conversations with people you disagree with politically.  I referred to it in the sermon on Sunday, December 5. www.faithfuldemocracy.org/civil.

Wanting to share w fellow UUs- those with a love for beauty (following one of Kathleen's sermon theme's today), travel (for all that Arvid's being sharing with us), and love of learning (to conversations of all sorts)- this from my friend, Karen:
This blog is written by someone I met in Italy last May, Lisa Connelly. Lisa has just moved to Umbria on a 6 month sabbatical. She is in the comune of Piegaro staying at L'antica Vetreria (www.anticavetreria.net ) where I stayed in May.
If you click on the link and scroll to the bottom, you can see a list of her blog postings.
Since she is a former Methodist minister, there is a certain religious aspect to her writing, but she also comments on village life and includes recent photographs.
